Job summary

An engineering solutions provider located in Windsor, CT is seeking a Delivery Assurance Team Lead who will manage supply chains for several OEMs. This role involves mentoring a team and ensuring delivery assurance. Candidates must have experience in supply chain operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. The position offers a flexible hybrid work model, requiring 3 days on-site, and includes travel requirements of up to 80%. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $69,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain / Production Planning / Quality / Operations environment.
• Previous experience of managing cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as Forging / Casting / Assembly.

Responsibilities

• Support OEM sites and their suppliers through supply chain management.
• Build and mentor the DAFR team with delivery plans.
• Manage team budget in line with PO values.
• Conduct reviews on suppliers' production and inventory.
