Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a capable professional in Phoenix, AZ to support supply chain management and production planning at OEM sites. The role involves data gathering, analysis, and close coordination with engineers, buyers, and program management to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on shop floor experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems to manage material and schedule data across manufacturing locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management, production planning, and operations.
• Shop floor experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems; able to communicate shortage status to working and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Supply chain management and production planning support at OEM site(s).
• Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, WIP, and non-conformances against delivery dates; estimate/revise delivery dates.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation plans; track actions to closure.
• Create and maintain Line of Balance to monitor production flow and align supply with demand.
• Develop positive, customer-facing relationships with engineers, buyers, and program management.
