Job summary

Quest Global in the United States is seeking a supply chain/production planning professional to support OEM sites, monitor production schedules, and resolve part non-conformances. You will work with engineers, buyers, and program management to ensure on-time delivery.

Role requires experience in supply chain/production planning, familiarity with SAP or ERP systems, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement at the Santee, CA site is available with some on-site days.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management, production planning, quality, or operations.
• Shop floor experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate shortage status clearly at working and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Supply chain management and production planning support at OEM site(s).
• Gather and analyze data, resolve engineering questions and part non-conformances.
• Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, WIP, and delivery dates.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform gap analysis, and track corrective actions.
