Job summary

Sapien Logistics LLC in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Delivery Associate to load vans, deliver packages safely, and ensure on-time service while communicating with the team.

No prior experience is required. We offer full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts with about 4–5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, bonuses, 401K, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety.
• Have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (CDL not required).
• Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van weighing 10,000 lbs or less.
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Load vans and deliver packages safely and punctually.
• You can expect to work about 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records, clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Have a positive can-do attitude and support the team in daily work requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
