Job summary

Sapien Logistics LLC is seeking a Delivery Associate in Anaheim, CA to support Amazon’s delivery network. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. You will load vans, deliver packages safely, and assist teammates to meet on-time delivery goals.

Compensation ranges from $23.50 to $24.50 per hour, with full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts available. Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Candidates must read and speak English for safety.
• Be 21 years or older with a valid drivers license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform delivery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load vans and deliver packages safely and punctually.
• Work about 4–5 days per week, up to 10 hours per day.
• Follow safety standards and operate GPS device for daily records.
• Communicate with supervisors and team to ensure deliveries.
