Job summary

Sapien Logistics LLC is expanding its team in Anaheim, CA, inviting dedicated individuals to join as Delivery Driver/Associate. Earn $22.50–$23.50 per hour depending on experience. Roles include full-time, part-time and weekend shifts, with up to 10 hours per day across 4–5 days weekly.

Provide safe, on-time deliveries while representing the company in a professional manner. Responsibilities span loading vans, navigating routes, using GPS devices, and maintaining daily records.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years or older and able to read and speak English for safety.
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment ( CDL not required).
• Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van up to 10,000 lbs (vehicle provided).
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually.
• Work about 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records, scanning packages, and administrative tasks such as clocking in/out, communicating with supervisors and team members.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including rescue calls when others need assistance with routes.
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
