Blue Cardinal is a trusted Delivery Service Partner (DSP) contracted by Amazon to carry out efficient and reliable short-distance deliveries. Headquartered at the DGT8 station in Alpharetta, Blue Cardinal conducts all operational activities from this central location. Our team is committed to upholding Amazon’s high standards for customer service, safety, and delivery performance, ensuring that every package is delivered with accuracy and care.

• Position: Driver Associate (Full Time and Part Time positions available – see scheduling)
• Pay Rate: $22.25 / hour
• Pay Frequency: Every Wednesday (2 weeks deferred)
• Benefits: 40 Hours Accrued Paid Vacation, 401k, Medical (FT Only), Dental (FT Only), Vision (FT Only)
• Scheduling: (Availability from 9:30am-9:30pm, FT-5 days availability-only scheduled 4)
• Full time: 4 scheduled days: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday (5 days availability)
• Part time: 3 scheduled days: Sunday-Tuesday or Thursday-Sunday

Driver's Responsibilities

• Must be able to move boxes up to 70lbs and be able to get in and out of a van multiple times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Make 150-200+ stops/day.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000lbs. or less while following GPS/turn-by-turn directions.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off road.
• Use a hand‑held delivery device.
• Interact professionally with customers and Amazon management.
• Deliver packages in a safe, timely, secure fashion.
• Additional requirements:
  • Must be 21 and over to apply.
  • Max commute distance considered: 45–60 minutes from station.
  • Must have GA Driver License.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening (full panel).
  • Must Pass Background Check (driving and criminal history).
  • Availability from 9:45am-9:45pm on scheduled days (see scheduling).
  • Successfully complete driver associate training program (3 Day Training Class for all new hires).
  • Minimum score of 80.
  • Driving Course.
