Job summary

Galactic Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Newark, NJ, is hiring Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon packages. Shifts run up to 10 hours, 7 days a week, with one weekend day required. Positions include full-time (4 days/week) or part-time (2 or 3 days/week) opportunities, with hours from 11:10 AM to 9 PM.

Company vehicle provided; CDL not required. Pay ranges from $23.75–$24.50 per hour, with paid training, overtime, time off, health benefits, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must have a regular driver’s license. No probationary or provisional license allowed.
• Must be able to get in and out of a van throughout the day and comfortable driving and delivering in changing weather conditions.
• Must have good communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work well with others.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be customer-obsessed; we strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs throughout the shift.

• Company vehicle provided! No CDL is required.
• Delivery associates will typically work up to 10-hour shifts.
• Shifts are available 7 days a week.
• Full and part‑time opportunities available. Full time is 4 days per week and part time is 2 or 3 days per week.
• Hours are 11:10 AM to 9 PM. Shifts are 10 hours per day and available 7 days per week.
• One weekend day a week is required.

Compensation & Benefits
