Job summary

Spring Logistics is seeking delivery associates to safely deliver packages to Amazon customers. The role requires reliability, independence, and flexibility, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, loading and organizing packages, and following GPS navigation. The position offers 10-hour shift blocks and benefits such as PTO and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a 4-panel Drug Screening.
• Current valid driver's license.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• Good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, walking 8-12 miles/day, bending, and moving constantly during shift.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Come GROW with us! Spring Logistics is looking for delivery associates (drivers) to safely deliver packages to Amazon customers!

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery employees enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Pay: starting at $21.75 per hour

Key Duties:

• Perform safety inspections and drive safely in company vehicle
• Repeatedly lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Load and organize packages into delivery vehicle
• Follow GPS navigation from delivery to delivery
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Successfully handle and deliver packages to customer satisfaction
• Support team members who need assistance to complete deliveries

Benefits:

• 10 hour shifts starting at 11:30 am to 10 pm daily
• 2 - paid 15 minute breaks, 1 - unpaid 30 minute lunch break
• Flexible schedule: 2 days for Part Time, 3-4 days for Full Time
