Spring Logistics is hiring delivery associates to safely deliver packages to Amazon customers in Indiana. The role requires reliability, independence, and safe driving, with shifts that start in the evening and include breaks and weekends.

Pay starts at $21.75 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO. Qualified applicants must be at least 21, authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a 4-panel drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-panel Drug Screening.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and walking 8–12 miles per day.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections and drive safely in the company vehicle.
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Load and organize packages into the delivery vehicle.
• Follow GPS navigation from delivery to delivery.
• Follow local and state laws, road regulations, and company policies.
• Deliver packages to customer satisfaction and support team members as needed.

Come GROW with us! Spring Logistics is looking for delivery associates (drivers) to safely deliver packages to Amazon customers!

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery employees enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Pay: starting at $21.75 per hour

Key Duties:

• Perform safety inspections and drive safely in company vehicle
• Repeatedly lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Load and organize packages into delivery vehicle
• Follow GPS navigation from delivery to delivery
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Successfully handle and deliver packages to customer satisfaction
• Support team members who need assistance to complete deliveries

Benefits:

• 10 hour shifts starting at 11:30 am to 10 pm daily
• 2 - paid 15 minute breaks, 1 - unpaid 30 minute lunch break
• Flexible schedule: 2 days for Part Time, 3-4 days for Full Time

Qualifications
