Hilltop Supply and Hardwood LLC is seeking a reliable Delivery Associate to join our Operations team. The role focuses on transporting merchandise from the warehouse to customer locations, loading, securing, and delivering goods with attention to safety and accuracy.

You will perform routine vehicle inspections and upkeep to ensure safe operation, maintain route logs, and uphold company standards while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for box trucks.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial or delivery driving is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and internal personnel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular duties.
• Proficiency with navigation systems (GPS), time tracking systems, and basic vehicle technology.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established delivery schedules and timelines.

Position Summary

Hilltop Supply and Hardwood LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Associate to join our Operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely transportation of merchandise from our warehouse to customer locations. The Delivery Associate will be responsible for loading, securing, and delivering goods while maintaining the integrity of the products. This role also includes routine vehicle inspections and upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operation.
