Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a delivery professional to safely operate company vehicles and ensure prescriptions are delivered to patients or their agents in compliance with state and federal law.

The role requires accurate packaging, efficient route planning, courteous customer interactions, and timely completion of all required paperwork. Vehicle maintenance and regulatory training must be kept up to date.

Qualifications

• Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper operation of a motor vehicle.
• Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent.
• Accurately package and prepare items for facility delivery.
• Schedule delivery route in most efficient manner to insure timely delivery with least travel required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed.
• Pick up medications and/or supplies from other facilities.
• Insure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior.
• Complete paperwork and proper filing.
• Must read and sign the Fleet Management Policy.
• Keep current with all State and Federal requirements related to conditions of employment.
