Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in California is seeking a Route Sales Driver to deliver products to clients and support daily operations. You will load and unload, maintain safety, and coordinate with the local team to meet client needs.

The role requires at least three years in sales or route sales, a valid CDL, ability to lift 35 pounds, a high school diploma, and excellent customer service. A driving-record clean background and strong directions are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience within sales or a route sales role.
• Must possess a professional appearance.
• Must be able to consistently lift 35 pounds.
• Must be able to drive a commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours daily.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have an excellent driving record.
• Must be able to obtain a C Class Driver's License.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to and from our clients as required.
• Create a positive moment with every interaction by maintaining positive communication with all employees and client contacts.
• Operate company equipment safely and responsibly.
• Work with your local team to facilitate all clients needs.
• Load truck: Ensure complete load is loaded in accordance with delivery manifest.
• Unload Truck: Ensure all product is removed and truck cleaned.
• Truck Maintenance: timely communication of repairs, PM, accidents
• Paperwork: Ensure delivery manifest is signed and recorded.
• Team Meetings: Attend team meetings as required
• Support: Promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to build the company by positively impacting lives.
• Sales: Look for opportunities to add product at clients and relay sales information.
• Customer Relationships: Identify and resolve customer concerns and maximize contract term.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver products to and from our clients as required. Create a positive moment with every interaction by maintaining positive communication with all employees at your location and all client contacts. Operate company equipment safely and responsibly, comply with applicable rules and regulations relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles. Work with your local team to facilitate all clients needs.

• Load truck: Ensure complete load is loaded in accordance with delivery manifest.
• Unload Truck: Ensure all product is removed from truck and truck is cleaned and sanitized.
• Truck Maintenance:timely communication of repairs, PM, accidents
• Paperwork:Ensure delivery manifest is signed and recorded in accordance with our client’s expectations.
• Team Meetings:Attend team meetings as required
• Support:Promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to build the company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, our community, our customers and their patients.
• Sales: Look for opportunities to add product at clients and relay any sales information back to your local team.
• Customer Relationships: Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction with deliveries, develop positive relationships with principal customer contacts, maintain enthusiastic and professional attitude and maximize customer contract term.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience within sales or a route sales role
• Must possess a professional appearance

• Must be able to drive a commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours on a daily basis
• Must possess a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have an excellent driving record

• Should possess a sense of direction/knowledge of area
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
