Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver timely checkout service and help customers with products and services in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and ensure a friendly shopping experience in-store.

Responsibilities include cash handling, exchanges, inventory upkeep, and merchandise displays, with opportunities to support photo services and online order pickups. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous checkout service.
• Handle cash transactions and complete refunds or exchanges as needed.
• Assist customers with products and services and answer questions.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and restock items as directed.
• Assist with store displays, promotions, and upkeep of the sales floor.
• Support with photo area services and web pickup duties as needed.
