Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience focused associate to deliver courteous checkout service, greet customers, and assist with products and services in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle transactions, answer questions, and help maintain clean, well-merchandised aisles while promoting add-on items and optional web-pickup duties.

Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stock rotation using FIFO where applicable.
• Assist with displays, resets, and merchandise placement as directed.
• Adhere to asset protection procedures and comply with state/local laws on regulated products.
