Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services.
• Registers sales at the cash register and provides courteous, fair checkout service.
• Answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; manages inventory and pricing as directed.
• Recommends items for sale and suggests trade-ups and companion products.
• Processes returns, refunds, rain checks, exchanges as needed.
• Assists with asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with store policies.
• Provides photo area service and handles web pickup duties as applicable.
