Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes Brentwood is hiring a full-time Baker and Baking Assistant. You will follow NbC proprietary recipes, bake cakes, prepare ingredients, and help maintain quality and efficiency on shift.

Shifts are typically morning or midday, with bakery hours Monday-Saturday and Sunday if needed. Prior bakery experience is a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates must be 18+ and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery operations or food production is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• On-the-job training provided; prior experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Prepare ingredients, mix batter, and monitor baking processes.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes according to standards.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and logs.
