Qualificações

• Must understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies orally or in writing.
• Must be able to solve arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals and percentages.

Responsabilidades

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner during encounters in department or elsewhere in the store
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading/unloading heavy items, and passing along suggestions or requests
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service including taking customer orders
• Takes customer orders at the delicatessen counter
• Maintains clean and neat work area and adheres to sanitation procedures
• Operates department registers and processes payments when applicable
• Reviews orders for the day and ensures adequate food supply and production lists
