Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner and addresses them by name when possible.
• Takes customer orders at the delicatessen counter and processes payments at the department registers as applicable.
• Maintains sanitation standards and keeps the work area clean and organized.
• Reviews orders for the day and ensures adequate food supply and timely production.
