Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand in Dallas is seeking a Brand Concierge to present and sample premium delicatessen products at local retailers. If you enjoy talking with people and love food, this role offers a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

You will engage customers, educate on flavor and nutrition, and help with product setup across stores in the assigned area. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required; you must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

Minimum of three months of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Basic computer skills.
Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to different retail locations within assigned area.
Ability to operate a slicer (training provided).
Must be able to lift and transport display materials and food items.
Food safety and sanitation practices must be observed at all times.

Responsibilities

Present and sample Boar’s Head Brand delicatessen products to consumers in local retail stores.
Educate consumers on flavor profiles, nutrition information, and complementary products.
Promote Boar’s Head Brand products with a positive, energetic service attitude.
Set up sampling stations and complete related tasks or projects as assigned.
