Job summary

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a Brand Concierge to present and sample deli products in local retail stores. You will engage customers, promote products, and provide information on flavor and nutrition.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, a friendly attitude, and comfort working in a refrigerated retail environment. The role requires travel to various locations within the assigned area and owning reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three months of customer service or similar experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Experience with food preparation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of Boar's Head Brand products by engaging consumers through product sampling.
• Educate consumers on flavor, nutritional information, and complementary products.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and serving attitude.
• Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned.
