Job summary

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a Brand Concierge to present and sample its deli products in local retail stores across the assigned area. You will engage shoppers, share flavor details, and educate customers on nutrition and pairing options while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

The role requires reliable transportation, ability to travel between stores, and compliance with food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three months of customer service or similar experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple retail locations within the assigned area.
• Ability to operate a slicer (training provided).
• Strong food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of Boar's Head Brand products by engaging consumers through sampling.
• Actively promote products by educating consumers on flavor, nutrition, and pairing options.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned.
