Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk in Minneapolis. You will join our Deli team, with training provided and a positive, learning-focused environment.

Responsibilities include slicing and labeling deli items, preparing salads, serving hot case items where applicable, and maintaining an appealing, well-stocked deli area. Food safety and sanitation are essential, with potential duties like dishwashing and catering orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location).
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing.
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store.
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• In this position, you may also be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders baking/frying products.
