Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Deli Team Member to slice, package, weigh, and present deli products while delivering excellent member service. Maintain deli display cases, assist with special orders, and ensure food safety and cleanliness throughout the department.

Applicants should have deli experience, ability to operate slicers and scales, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. This on-site position includes standard benefits and equity with the club’s standards.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level customer service to Members and answers questions.
• Slices, packages, weighs deli products, and prepares special orders and party trays.
• Receives, stocks, and rotates deli products following safety and quality standards.
• Ensures accuracy of weighing and pricing and maintains cleanliness of the deli area.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports cross‑department needs.
