Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce deli products as instructed.
• Package and label deli products per program plan.
• Merchandise deli products per flight plan and merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with deli products, rotating and dating items.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive SpartanNash Retail growth.
• Notify the Deli Manager when products or supplies need ordering.
• Understand basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Communicate tasks, recipes, weights, measures, and cleaning steps to associates.
• Follow PPE, safety, food safety, and cleaning guidelines.
• Follow guest experience guidelines.
• May assist other departments as needed.
