Job summary

AC&T is hiring for a Deli position at our Sharpsburg location. You will serve customers at the deli counter, prepare sandwiches and other cold items, and help with special orders and party trays.

Role requires high school diploma or GED, potential deli experience, and ability to lift 25–50 lbs, operate slicers, scales, and cash registers. Excellent service and sanitation compliance are essential.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, courteous service to deli counter customers.
• Recommend, slice, weigh, package, and price meats and cheeses.
• Prepare sandwiches, subs, salads and other cold items for resale.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked; remove trash; ensure tools work.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
