Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service as a core component of every position.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, and package products.
• Maintain shelf, case, and display conditions, including stocking and rotating products.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions, including coding and cleaning of product cases.
• Keep prep areas clean and sanitized; follow food safety practices.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local deli regulations.
• Maintain clean sales floors and perform sweeping/mopping as needed.
• Offer friendly service, answer questions, and promote products.
• Dress according to policy and complete assigned training courses
