• Prepare in-store made prepared foods.
• Prepare chickens and sides for Roaster Chicken.
• Perform sanitation tasks per corporate and state regulations.
• Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain logs for cold, hot, and cooling stations.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
