Type of Position: full time or part time

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, courteous service by greeting and assisting guests.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Support product knowledge, promotions, and proper food handling.
  • Ensure product freshness and quality.
  • Receive and check in products from vendors, assist with ordering.
  • Monitor food quality, inventory, and pricing.
  • Prepare food items according to standards.
  • Follow cash handling policies and safety procedures.
  • Use upselling techniques to enhance sales.
  • Report unsafe conditions and follow emergency procedures.
  • Adhere to uniform and appearance policies.
  • Arrive on time and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Customer service skills, ability to read and interpret instructions, basic math skills, sound judgment, and basic computer skills. Previous food service experience and food safety certification preferred.

Working Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for full shifts.
  • Bend, twist, climb, kneel, or crouch as needed.
  • Work indoors and outdoors, including in cold temperatures.
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
