About the Position:

We’re seeking team members capable of working in various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End.

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their needs and help create meal solutions
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items, assisting guests across departments
• Create a hospitable shopping experience through merchandising and stocking products and specialty items, while assisting nearby guests
• Retrieve shopping carts and assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store
• Receive and stock goods following The Fresh Market standards
• Slice and prepare various meats, cheeses, and meal solutions, maintaining quality standards
• Present a professional appearance, including adhering to uniform standards
