Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a friendly Deli team member to help prepare and serve high‑quality deli meats and cheeses, assist customers with meal ideas, and keep cases fresh in a fast‑paced, bustling store environment.

You will slice, package and label orders, answer customer questions promptly, unload deliveries, stock cases and backroom coolers, and rotate products to maintain freshness and attractive displays.

Job description

What will I do?

• Complete customer orders by slicing, packaging and labeling products
• Provide incredible service and answer customer questions in a timely manner
• Ensure fresh and appealing deli cases and self-service cases by keeping them cleaned and well-stocked
• Unload and break down daily deliveries, stock cases, displays and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory; refill and rotate for freshness
