Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in deli or related food service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership to build, motivate and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and supervision of the Deli team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising and sales through planning, direction and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Deli staff.
