Job summary

ShopRite of Forest Hill is seeking an Appy/Deli Associate to support the daily operations of the Appy/Deli Department. You will help deliver a great customer experience, maintain a neat and appealing display, and perform tasks efficiently and safely according to company policy.

The role involves preparing Appy/Deli products, replenishing stock, and following procedures for receiving, dating, storing, and pricing.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Operate department equipment (e.g., slicer, scale, wrapping machine).
• Stand and lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.
• Work in varying temperatures and with food products.

Responsibilities

• Operate slicing machine and related equipment.
• Replenish Appy/Deli products.
• Prepare Appy/Deli products for sale.
• Follow procedures for receiving, dating, storing, and price marking.
