Buehler's Fresh Foods in Medina, Ohio seeks a Deli Support to assist in the Deli Department and support Food Service Operations. You will help ensure exceptional customer experiences in-store and in our dining areas, contributing to the department’s profitability and our mission to deliver fresh foods.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and flexible scheduling to meet customer demand. Training is provided, with opportunities across deli, catering, and specialty areas.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand, reach, lift and bend.
• Able to lift 50–80 lb.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Work in a deli/kitchen with heat, steam, noise.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions.
• Maintains high standards for freshness and sanitation.
• Sells products by providing information and offering samples.
• Fills, maintains, and rotates products and displays.
• Supports Restaurant, Catering and Specialty areas with special orders and party trays.
• Operates the deli slicer and other commercial food service equipment.
• Supports all Deli functions including prep, production, and deli counter operations.
