Job summary

Buehler's Fresh Foods in Dover, Ohio is hiring a Part-Time Deli Support to deliver exceptional service in our deli and support Food Service Operations. The role involves greeting customers, maintaining freshness, assisting with special orders, and operating deli equipment. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered after six months in the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 lb and occasionally 80 lb.
• Able to work some weekends.
• Exposure to heat, steam, noise in a deli/kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain freshness and sanitation standards in the deli.
• Sell products by providing information and offering samples.
• Fill, rotate, and display deli products.
• Support Restaurant, Catering and Specialty areas with special orders and party trays.
• Operate the deli slicer and other commercial food service equipment.
• Assist with prep, production, and sales support across deli operations.
