Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a deli team member in the United States. You will slice, package, weigh deli products and help Members, maintaining clean display cases and ensuring product freshness. This role supports the deli department and adheres to club standards.

Experience in a deli is preferred; familiarity with slicers and scales is a plus. A strong team spirit, reliability, and commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members. Answers questions and recommends deli items.
• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats.
• Receives and inspects deli shipments. Displays, stocks, rotate, and stores deli products following food safety policies.
• Ensures that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards.
• Maintains deli display cases and keeps the area clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
