• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve sales storewide.
• Work collaboratively, recognizing success depends on teamwork.
• Comply with all company policies and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct.
• Provide a professional example for other store team members through coaching and evaluations.
• Possess knowledge to teach others fundamentals of deli production including mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, finishing.
• Maintain coordination with other departments to ensure smooth flow of products and service in the deli operation.
• Maintain adequate department records at all times.
