Job summary

The GIANT Company in Bethlehem is looking for a deli team member to handle and knowledgeably manage all deli products. You will receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, package, and stock items while keeping displays neat and signs clear.

Role requires strict adherence to safety and sanitation practices, PPE use, and excellent customer service. You’ll work as part of a team, wearing GIANT branding, and help shape a positive community experience.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service as part of GIANT/MARTIN'S stores.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, and package products.
• Maintain shelf, case, and display conditions; stock and rotate products.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions and area sanitation; follow PPE guidelines.
• Adhere to all regulations; ensure safe and clean sales floor.
• Assist customers with recommendations and promote products.
• Follow company policy; wear neat, clean appearance; complete trainings.
