BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Deli Team member to slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products while maintaining presentation and cleanliness of the deli area. You’ll assist Members and support the deli department with daily operations.

Responsibilities include stocking, food safety, and providing friendly service. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifikationen

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members. Answers questions and recommends deli items.
• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats. Helps Members select products and prepares special orders.
• Receives and inspects deli shipments; displays, stocks, rotates, and stores deli products following safety procedures.
• Ensures products are fresh and meet standards; checks for out-of-date items and follows salvage policies.
• Maintains deli display cases and equipment; ensures accurate weighing and pricing.
