Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a deli team member to greet Members, help them select deli items, and maintain a clean, well-stocked deli area. You will slice, package, weigh products and prepare special orders, ensuring freshness and safety across daily operations.

Responsibilities include assisting Members, stocking displays, and rotating inventory while maintaining high standards of service and product quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to Members, answer questions and make recommendations on deli items.
• Slice, package and weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; assist Members with selections and special orders.
• Receive, inspect, display, stock, rotate and ensure freshness of deli products per safety policies.
