Training will cover proper knife handling and use of deli equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Food handling experience and basic math for weights/measurements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service in person and over the phone.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses; offer slice thickness guidance.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads and party trays following recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area and equipment.
• Operate deli machinery safely and report any issues to supervision.
