Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk to prepare fresh deli products and provide a welcoming customer experience. You will assist customers with selections, slice meats and cheeses, and ensure products are displayed attractively and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include restocking, case cleanliness, and accurate labeling and pricing, while following food safety guidelines and company procedures. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders in person or by phone
• Experience preparing deli products, including slicing, assembling, and portioning
• Understanding of deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, and hot case items
• Accuracy in portioning, labeling, pricing, and order completion
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and service speed
• Keeping display cases stocked, clean, and visually consistent
• Processing transactions and making accurate change using register systems
• Following food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing customer demand
• Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35lbs, varying temperatures
