Responsibilities include ordering, weighing, wrapping, and stocking, with an emphasis on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service as a core function for GIANT/MARTIN'S stores.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, and package products.
• Maintain shelf, case, and display conditions and rotate stock.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions, code and rotate cases, and clean.
• Maintain prep area conditions with cleaning and sanitation.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations for the deli area.
• Keep the sales floor clean and safe; sweep and mop as needed.
• Deliver friendly, courteous service and promote products through suggestive selling.
• Follow company policies and wear a neat, clean appearance; complete ELM training.
