Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team, deliver excellent guest service, and support the Deli Manager in keeping the area clean and well stocked. The ideal candidate brings knowledge of food safety standards and experience in food service.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays, with pay starting between $15.70 and $23.33 per hour. Midland, TX location; full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area and ensure guest service is excellent.
• Assist the Deli Manager by keeping the hot deli area clean and well stocked.
• Ensure food in the hot deli is fresh and handled with basic food safety standards.
