Pilot Company in Georgia is hiring a Deli Shift Leader responsible for supervising the hot deli team and ensuring guest service excellence. You will help the Deli Manager keep the area clean, stocked and compliant with food safety standards.

The role requires restaurant or foodservice experience, strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay starting at $14.20/hr with full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives

Responsibilities

• Supervise team in the hot deli area and assist the Deli Manager by ensuring that food in the hot deli is fresh and the area is kept clean and well stocked.
