Job summary

Wegmans in Malvern, PA is seeking entry-level leaders for the Deli Department. You will work full-time across morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends) to ensure fresh, high-quality meat, cheese and entertaining products are available.

You will lead teammates, train new staff, and uphold Wegmans’ standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You will focus on product knowledge, engage with customers, and help plan initiatives to improve store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience or a college degree.
• Computer skills required.

• Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
• Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
