Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and deliver excellent guest service. You will help ensure food in the hot deli is fresh, the area stays clean, and supplies are stocked; prior foodservice experience is preferred.

The role offers a pay rate starting between $15.70 and $23.33 per hour with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays, at our Pyote, TX location.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to maintain food safety standards for hot deli items.
• Ability to work with team members at different levels and with vendors or corporate staff.
• Willingness to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area and ensure quality service.
• Support the Deli Manager; ensure food is fresh and the area is clean and stocked.
