Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise team members in the hot deli area and deliver outstanding guest service. You will assist the Deli Manager to keep the deli fresh, clean, and well stocked.

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of food safety standards and prior food service experience, plus flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays. Pay starts at $16.50–$24.87 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in food service or deli settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-first attitude.
• Knowledge of basic food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area and maintain service quality.
