Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and support the Deli Manager in delivering excellent guest service. The role focuses on keeping the area clean, stocked, and food safe, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and flexibility in scheduling.

Pay starts between $17.95 and $26.68 per hour, reflecting the hourly frontline nature of the position in a fast-paced retail/deli environment. Experience in foodservice is a plus, and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position in a restaurant or foodservice environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards.
• Strong teamwork and ability to interact with staff, vendors, and leadership.
• Willingness to work nights, days, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area and ensure guest service is exceptional.
• Assist the Deli Manager by keeping hot deli food fresh, area clean, and well stocked.
• Support food safety practices and maintain compliance with standards.
