• Ensures freshness and correct pricing/signage; rotates products and handles near-expiry items per policy.
• Operates slicing equipment; prepares ready-to-eat items and platters per customer order.
• Adheres to recipes and safety policies when preparing foods (chicken, pizza, sandwiches, salads).
• May operate cash register; follows money handling procedures and tobacco/alcohol laws.
• Maintains sanitation; follows cleaning schedules and safety/OSHA requirements.
• Assists with inventory control and proper product handling; participates in receiving and storage.
• May assist other departments as needed; training provided.
